Rental Rates

Rental rates vary according to the time of year and length of stay.  You can see prices instantly, right within the calendar, using the Book Now button above.

From April to October we operate weekly bookings with changeovers on Fridays.  Summer months are particularly popular and the cottage invariably becomes fully booked during this period so we recommend you make your booking as soon as you know your dates.

Short Breaks

Short breaks are welcomed from November to March with a minimum stay of 3 nights.  You can book a 3 night break at 75% of a week's price, or have 4 nights at 85% of the week's price.   We don't accept short breaks from Easter to October (inclusive) or over the Christmas and New Year period.

Terms & Conditions of Rental

Prices are for rental of the entire property and up to 6 guests.  While we accept children of all ages, you need to understand that the garden runs directly to the beach and this may not be suitable for younger children.  We are dog friendly subject to a few restrictions (no dogs on the furniture or upstairs, no unattended dogs in the house, and no puppies please).  The property is strictly no smoking.  We accept payments by bank transfer only and ask for a 20% deposit to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday starts.  We also take a refundable security deposit of £200 when the final balance is due, this is returned to you within 7 days of your departure assuming no problems during your stay.  For more information please see our full terms.
